We are grateful for your purchase! We are a small company and are confident in the quality of our products and want you to be able to return a product if you are not completely satisfied. This pertains to the products, not services or consults.
Please mail it back to us within 30 days of date on sales receipt. You must include a copy of your sales receipt and the unused product and we will refund your money minus shipping costs. A refund will either be by check or credit card refund and may take up to 2 weeks for processing. If your product is defective we will make that assessment and refund your initial shipping charges as well or replace the product as you wish.
Only one return per item, per customer will be accepted not including defective items.
After thirty days items are non refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
